Return Request Form
If
you would like to return any item for any reason, you must complete this request. Failure to do so
will void your right to return the item. You have
30 days from the date the item was delivered to you to file this
request. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions prior to submitting this request.
You agreed to ther Terms & Conditions prior to submitting your order. If your package was damaged by UPS, please report the damaged package here. We only accept NEW, UNUSED, RE-SELLABLE items for return. We do not accept returns on Electrical items or if the item has been used or installed in any way, the item will be refused and returned.
This is necessary for:

Identification
of your returned package. Without the proper RA number (Return Authorization) identifying it, your
package becomes the proverbial "needle in the haystack". Returns will not be accepted without RA# written on the outside of the box.

Getting
your package to the right location. We ship from various
locations to get your order to you fast. Your order may have been drop shipped from the manufacturer or a regional warehouse.
Shipping a return to our
P.O. Box or another inappropriate destination, will significantly delay the processing of your
return, may result in additional fees or loss of shipment.

Avoiding
lost returns. Without a proper RA number and Shipping Tracking
number, your package can easily get lost. Without these numbers, identifying
a lost package is almost impossible.

Receiving credit or avoiding an additional
charge. Without proof of delivery, we cannot issue
credit. In addition, if you requested a re-ship, without proof
of delivery of the returned item, we must charge you for the cost of
the re-shipment.
