Photocatalyst Car Air Purification Coating with Nano TechnologyIntroducing Nano-TiO2 Photocatalyst treatment, the next generation of car air purification technology from Japan. HygienIQ is an advance hospital grade air purification coating based on the latest nano-science technology - photocatalyst. In the presence of light, active oxygen is formed and excited on the HygienIQ treated surfaces to destroy all micro-sized air pollutants that land on it, including petro fumes, smog, diesel smoke, exhaust gases, industrial smoke, chemical off-gassing or VOCs from car fabric, leather and plastic materials, air toxins, cigarette odor, etc. Whether they are disturbing allergens, toxic diesel exhaust, moldy odor, or even lingering tobacco smell, HygienIQ does NOT just simply destroy them but totally decompose their microscopic remnants into harmless gas and water vapor. The whole process of HygienIQ’s photocatalytic decomposition is non-selective and green in nature. Compare to current popular yet unsafe ozone purification, ionic, or HEPA technology, photocatalyst is by far the most effective purification method available for air treatment. Authorities like U.S. EPA and NASA have regarded this breakthrough technology as the most promising environmental purification technology of the 21st century. Unlike air sanitizers where repeated sprays are needed or ineffective air fresheners that merely mask the odor problem, HygienIQ’s durable coating requires only ONE single application to keep your car clean and purified at all time. Each application guarantees for a purification effect of up to 2 years. HygienIQ is safe, non-toxic, pH neutral, colorless, and odorless, and can be applied to virtually any surface of your car interior such as headliner, seat, ceiling, dashboard, side panels. TIPS: When using in car cabin, try to avoid spraying onto odometer panel, computer display & front windshield. Even if your windows are all tinted w/ 99% UV-blocking films, HygienIQ still works as it has photoreceptors for visible light spectrum in addition to UV spectrum! It will react to even full-spectrum light bulbs! Theoretically, catalyst is neither altered nor consumed in a chemical reaction so one application should last a life time. Practically, this is not the case due to 2 main reasons: 1) The TiO2 film may be rubbed off by repetitive contact, 2) particulate dust accumulation rate can outpace photocatalytic decomposition rate. So once in a while, manual dusting/wiping is required but dust comes off much easier than before. In most cases, rolling down the window while driving is more than enough. | ||
